ANNUAL AWARD’S BANQUET

An annual event celebrating & honoring the men & women of the Port Aransas Police Department.

TRAINING & EQUIPMENT FUND

Provides funds for advanced training and equipment that improves the safety of both officers and citizens such as: First Responder Vests.

POLICE OFFICER’S ASSISTANCE FUND

Supports police officers and their families if an officer is injured in the line of duty.

SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

A program that provides initial and continuing education scholarships to dependents of Port Aransas Police Officers and graduates of Port Aransas High School who are pursuing post high school studies in Criminal Justice or First Responder School.  To view the scholarship application and guidelines click here Scholarship Application & Guidelines.

COMMUNITY INITIATIVES

Supporting community initiatives, special events and programs that enable the Port Aransas Police Department to create and sustain strong relationships and partnerships with Port Aransas citizens and visitors. Events include: National Night Out and Spring Break Officer Support.

CRIME PREVENTION & COMMUNITY RECOGNITION

Promote crime prevention and recognize outstanding service in the department and community.
